Customer Studio

  • c360 and Audience Studio are merged and are now part of the Customer Studio

  • New section in Customer Studio - Customer Insights. It is a dashboard where the user can follow the main KPIs of all customers and audiences, such as:

    • Most popular store
    • Average age
    • Buying frequency
    • Most frequent day of the month
    • Most popular hour of the day

  • Full CRUD (create, read, update or delete data about your clients) is now available through the API

  • A new option for choosing the right audience - Intersect Audience. It combines 2 audiences with option to make:

    • union
    • intersection
    • the difference with the intersect and
    • symmetric difference
  • A new option in “Product focused filters” within the Audience 4th step - Leaflet. This feature provides the ability to filter the audience that has preferences for products in Leaflet (current special offer).

Touchpoint Studio

  • Few new UI improvements and functionalities:

    • Integration info for Touchpoint - Users can access all the necessary information for a touchpoint integration in the touchpoint list
    • Recommender touchpoint preview - users can preview recommendation examples that will be served with touchpoint
    • Smart Search touchpoint preview - users can test & play (see how touchpoint works) with Smart Search touchpoint before the integration, so that they can get the impression how search is working and what can be expected once it is integrated
  • New recommender models in AI starter-pack for Recommender touchpoint - Users can now set a general rule for every product in the touchpoint view to serve one of the several new models within the AI starter-pack such as: best sellers, trending products, newest products and most-recommended products.

  • New recommender models in AI personalized recommender for Recommender touchpoint - Users can now set general rule for every product in touchpoint view to serve one of the AI recommender algorithms such as: community based recommender (recommending products based on preferences and similarities among customers) and description based recommender (recommending products based on similarities with products interacted with, reflected in description, category, name, etc.)

  • Fallback options now available for every recommender touchpoint type

IAM

  • New GUI, with new available functionalities:
    • Create user
    • Add/remove user to existing group
    • Get email when user is created for setting password
    • Reset password

Coming up next… release 3.2.0 (1st October)

  • Slice&dice audience by combining “and” and “or” condition on the 4th step of audience creation and mixing several different product hierarchy level
  • Include as many product hierarchy levels as user needs in the 4th step
  • New recommender available within Starter Pack: alternative-product recommender that serves similar products as an alternative to product for the customer
  • New options for campaign scheduling - repeat campaign, schedules multiple campaigns following defined rules, such as: every Monday, every 1st day of the month
  • Utm generator - features that embeds utm parameters in urls
  • Url shortener - features to shorten url for SMS campaigns
  • Calendar view - new view for scheduled campaigns besides tabular one
