Automation

Introduction

Overview

Automation Studio is a module that enables companies to automate their marketing activities, streamline their workflows, and improve their overall marketing effectiveness.

Top 3 functionalities:

  • Make trigger-based automation flows triggered by specific events or actions, such as a user filling out a form on a website, downloading an e-book, or making a purchase. These triggers can then automatically start a pre-defined series of actions, such as sending an email or adding the user to a specific marketing campaign.

  • Nurture leads and customers by building relationships with them and moving them through the sales funnel. Marketing automation allows users to create automated workflows that send targeted content and messaging based on customers'/leads' interests, behaviours, and interactions with a company's website and marketing materials.

  • Send personalised campaigns that are more relevant to each segment, increasing the effectiveness of their marketing efforts. By automating these campaigns, marketers can save time and ensure that each segment receives the right message at the right time.
